If you have not applied by 12pm on November 7, 2025, you have missed the application deadline.  You may complete the Request to House application and be added to the end of the housing request list.

BY NOV 21, 2025
If you need to request accommodations, connect with the Office of Educational Accessibility

Aim to complete Roommate Selection and Matching

NOV 24 – 25, 2025
Receive your Housing Selection Timeslot  (determined through a lottery process)

DEC 2 – 4, 2025
Select Your Housing (residence hall) during your Housing Selection Timeslot

MID-DECEMBER 2025
Pay the $200 WCU Managed Housing Deposit

SUMMER 2026
Select a Meal Plan

AUGUST 2026
Pay your Housing Bill & Move-in

• Housing Lottery Opens at 12:00PM
• Submit your Request for Housing in the USH Resident Portal.
• Enter as an individual or part of a roommate group.

November 7, 2025

• Housing Lottery Closes at 12:00PM
• Missed the lottery? You can still request housing anytime.
• Requests will be added to the list after lottery participants.

November 17, 2025

• Lottery Results Emailed
• Selected students receive a housing application.
• You'll have 21 days to sign your lease.
• Re-confirm your roommate group after all leases are signed.

February 11 - 17, 2026

• Room Self-Selection
• Groups receive a timeslot to choose a building/unit.

February 24 – February 26, 2026

• Room Change Requests Open
