2026-2027 Returning Student Housing Application
Current students who are interested in living on-campus in WCU-Managed Housing and/or USH Affiliated Housing for the 2026-2027 academic year should complete the Returning Student Housing Application:
- Monday, October 27, 12:00pm - Friday, November 7, 2025, 12:00pm.
West Chester University offers two on-campus housing providers: WCU Managed and USH Affiliated. Each provider has a separate application, processes, costs and fees. As a Returning Student, you may apply to one or both.
On-campus housing for returning students is in demand. Each housing provider uses a separate lottery system to randomly determine which students move forward in the application process.
WCU Managed and USH Affiliated have implemented updated processes to make it easier for students who wish to live together as roommates. This change allows roommate groups to select housing during the same timeslot, increasing the chance of living together.
Students will not be expected to pay the $200 Housing Deposit for WCU Managed or USH Affiliated until they are offered housing.
