2026 Spring Semester Housing
The 2026 Spring Semester Housing Application opens on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 12:00PM (EST) for students interested in living on campus in WCU Managed Housing or USH Affiliated Housing for the Spring Semester.
The Spring Semester Housing Application is for on-campus housing for one semester, Spring Semester 2026 (January 18, 2026, through May 9, 2026).
Current students who do not currently live in WCU Managed or USH Affiliated may apply
for spring semester housing.
New first year students and new transfer students (students beginning classes Spring
Semester 2026) may apply for spring semester housing.

TIMELINE
- October 16, 2025: 2026 Spring Semester Housing Application opens at 12:00PM (EST)
- January 18-19, 2026: Spring Semester Move-in date
- January 20, 2026: First day of classes for spring semester
- May 9, 2026: Spring Semester Housing move-out date
- May 9, 2026: Last day of spring semester final exams
