Success Coaching Tip of the Week
Take Advantage of Pomodoro Sessions
The Pomodoro Technique encourages focus with timed study sessions (25 minutes) followed by a short break. Repeat this 4 times, then take a longer break. It’s a great way to stay productive without burning out.
