Bio
Dr. Jade Burris teaches early childhood education courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Her scholarship focuses on teacher professional development, leveraging technology to improve educational outcomes, and quality learning environments. Prior to joining WCU, Burris taught young children in community-based early childhood settings. She holds degrees in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum and Instruction, and Educational Leadership.
