System Availability
& Planned Downtime
August 14-16, 2026 Maintenance
Please be advised that RamPortal is scheduled to be down and unavailable during the following times for scheduled system updates:
- Friday, August 14th from 10:00 PM to Saturday, August 15th at 12:00 PM.
- Sunday, August 16th from 12:30 AM to 6:00 AM.
RamPortal Registration will also be offline during this time. Students will not be able to register during this time. When RamPortal is back online, students can follow the Class Registration: Register for Classes guide to register for courses or update their schedule.
Undergraduate students needing assistance with registration can contact StudentSuccess@wcupa.edu while Graduate students can contact GradSchool@wcupa.edu. The team will assist once RamPortal is back online.
Unplanned Outages
For real-time outage updates, please check your West Chester University email. During outages, the Academic & Enterprise Systems (AES) team will send campus-wide notifications with information on the outage itself and potential alternatives to complete related tasks. If you are experiencing a system challenge or want to report an outage, please submit a ticket through the AES Support Portal.

The following dates/times are planned/known downtimes of RamPortal production environment for routine maintenance. Note, the above status indicators will not change for planned outages, just for unplanned.
